Retirement Plan Services
- Summary
Retirement plans today are coming under a greater degree of scrutiny than ever before. Corporations strive to reduce costs and individuals strive to maximize their return and even the US Congress has become interested in the details of retirement plans large and small. The retirement plan marketplace is largely split into two types of plans. Qualified plans are tax favored retirement plans that are required to be made available to all employees, the most common example being the 401k. Non-Qualified plans also have tax advantages and are most often only made available to owners, executives and key management as a retention and reward tool used by management.
The APEX Planning process is a tool available to corporations so that they can better understand their own retirement plans. Additionally, this process provides a method to ensure that the retirement plans are relevant and successful today as well as in the future for the plan sponsor and individual participants. The Retirement Plan Benchmarking analysis tool is designed to provide a roadmap to a successful retirement plan experience for corporations and for individual participants.
